WHAT IS A HYBRID CONFERENCE?

This year Crunch Conference is going to be hybrid which means participants can join online as well as in person.

IF THE CONFERENCE WILL BE HYBRID THIS YEAR, WHY CAN’T I BUY ONLINE TICKETS?

Online tickets will only be introduced a little later on, most probably around the beginning of June. The reason for this is that there are some technical questions we want to sort out before we start selling online tickets, so that we can answer all of the possible questions our customers might have regarding the online setup of the event.

CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET BY INVOICE?

Yes, please write an email to hello@crunchconf.com. Make sure to include the number and type of tickets that you would like to purchase, your company name, billing address, and VAT number in the email.

CAN I ACCESS THE SLIDES AND VIDEOS OF THE TALKS AFTER THE CONFERENCE?

We will share all presentations and recordings where the speaker authorized us to do so. If you attended the conference we will send you an email as soon as they are available. Please note: the slides and videos will only be available for those who have attended Crunch Conference.

WHAT IS HOPIN?

Hopin is an online platform that is used as a virtual place for those who purchase an online ticket for Crunch Conference. It gives the opportunity to join stages, chat with other attendees, enjoy the networking feature, participate in the Q&A sessions and a lot more.

HOW DOES HOPIN WORK?

HOW CAN I ACCESS THE HOPIN PLATFORM?

Prior to the conference you are going to receive a so-called Magic link that gives you access to attend the conference. Do not forget to check your emails thoroughly before the event. Make sure to have a look at your spam as well! In case you can not find it, please drop us a message at hello@crunchconf.com.
